Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment either by Australia Post (regular post) or Couriers for larger items. Please contact us if you require your order to be sent via registered mail or require insurance on the shipment and we will provide you with a quote for insurance. You should expect delivery within 7 days of despatch and sooner in most cases.
At Orange Baby Kingdom we endeavour to have all items listed in stock, however in some circumstances beyond our control some product may be sold out and will have to be ordered in. Should there be any delay in shipping your purchase we will contact you to ensure you are kept fully informed of the progress of your order.
We trust you will be completely happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you have a concern or need to return goods, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. We will either arrange an exchange or refund on return of the goods provided they are unused and are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with all tags and instruction books intact and in the original, undamaged packaging. We will process your exchange or refund following receipt and inspection of the goods. We are unable to refund the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have sent you the wrong item. This exchange/refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or worn, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken after leaving our store.
